I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!! Todays workout is with Robbie and its an awesome core pyramid that goes from 10 down to 1. You do each exercise 10 times then 9 ..8..7 and so one. It is under 7 mins and you will feel great after your done.
Like I mention in the video you can do this type of pyramid with any exercises.. just push through and don't stop for any breaks. We do a lot of these at bootcamp and they definitely burn during it and for days after!! So get down and try this one out with us.. count out your own reps and let us know how you did after!
