6 pack Ab workout, Intensely Slow



Hey Junkies,


Today we are working are core in a very slow way. This style of training is very hard and your mind and body want to go fast but you have to fight it and just take every single movement as slow as you possibly can. You can even train your whole body this way every few weeks at the gym on all the machines, it will build your muscle endurance and will actually build muscle mass because your time under tension is higher!!!
